Good afternoon everyone! I have a bunch of bantam cochin chicks hatching today. The seller, unfortunately, didn't mark the eggs and I haven't been able to get in touch with her. I have two chicks that for the life of me, I can't identify.

Here's one of them. Can anyone help me?

Here's the other one. It hatched a few days ago.

Not a clue. She sent me two batches of eggs and didn't mark a single egg except for the second chicks egg. It said "Br". All the chicks are adorable. I have a bunch of splashes, barred, blues, whites. Her auction just said they were all pures. I have 25 eggs hatching, only one didn't make it. I guess we'll wait and see what they turn out to be.

Oh cool! Cute chicks! My MF's are always really light. So maybe they're MF's! She's out of California. I'm hoping she gets back to me. She didn't say she had MF's when she told me what she had but maybe it was an oversight.

Here are new pix of my GORGEOUS Blue Mottled Pullet. She is less than a year old. I got her from Nadine on BYC aka Amy in SC.

She is a little heavily mottled, however my rooster is very lightly mottled....so they will be a GREAT match.

Mr Mottled the rooster is recovering from a bad fight and a molt, so his neck feathers and head feathers are still growing back in...you can see the dent on the back of his neck where he doesn't have feathers.

And the rest of my mottled pen. Bottom right girl is being sold with an extra rooster. Bottom left girl with the whitish head is very young and improving daily.
