Do you know what colors his sire and dam are? that would help. It's tough to use a non-recoginzed color/pattern in any project if you don't know what genes you're working with.

I also like the Barred Rooster best. Congratulations. I am in awe of Tom ability to care for 300+ adult birds, tackle projects (think self-blue Cochins),help us novice breeders, and breeding/hatching so many quality birds. I would love to read the book Tom and or Matt McCammon could write.
