I couldnt get any of them to stand still long enough to get any really nice pics. But here are a few more.

Very nice Casey! Going to any shows this winter? You do have some show worthy birds there.

So beautiful!

Gail,

She is adorable. In my experience the longer they take to make tail feathers, the better the type. However, waiting to see how they develop takes time & patience....the latter I have much problems with

i have a question for those that breed buff colored cochins. i have a 4 month old buff bantam boy and lately i noticed that he has what looks like a 'bleach' spot on one of his wing feathers, i haven't seen it on any other feathers. it is an actual round white dot in the middle of the feather! does this happen with them on occasion and will it probably molt out as he continues to grow? and if this doesn't go away would it be considered a default in a show? i'm assuming it is a default and may have to use his brother instead when they are old enough. these boys have wonderful type so far and lots of foot feathering! need to get a pic of them!

also, anyone willing to sell some decent quality bantam buff eggs late winter or early this spring? my girls start going broody on me about February and i know they will be determined to hatch!
