this cross eWh/eb chicks could come out looking mostly buff(wheaten) but could show some black stripes on the eyes or head or back..

this is a sample chick(a eWh/e+ chick)

maybe but just faintly, if they have full chipmunk stripes then they are not coming from eWh/eb cross

This is what my Pookey looks like. The man I got her from wasn't sure what she was. He mainly deals with mass produced type {RIR,sex linked,OEG ect..} I just told him I'd buy what ever feather footed large chicken he came across. I'm thining she's a cochin a silver laced one. She is large i'd say she is 8 pounds. But looks bigger cause the fluff .As far as being correct for a show bird I don't know. LaMar is the Maran I put over her.
Any idea of what chicks the might look like, so I can know what I'm looking at. He also has heathered shanks and first toe.

I don't like to get mine wet when it is cold. They just don't dry well when cold.

you're white/splashed boy is not a cochin, maybe he's a Marans. your girl looks to be a silver laced cochin. she doesn't have much for a cushion but her color looks clean to me. but i don't consider myself an expert on this and i'm sure there will be some other opinions on this.
