My dear Sussex cockerel cant stand up anymore, i have no idea what is wrong.
He has always been very large and very heavy (much bigger then the others) but it hasn´t bugged him so far...
(he´s about 19 weeks)
He doesnt fly nor climb so i dont think he suffered a fall :/
Is there anything i can do for him? Are his legs giving in to his weight?
Hes a really great little guy and id hate to loose him.
any advice taken
best wishes

I'm sorry about your cockerel.
What's his poop like? Photo of that?

Just in case - have you checked for any leg swelling/inflamed joints, etc.?

Has he possibly eaten any feed that got moldy, toxins (oil spill, fertilizer, etc.)?

Weight might need to be considered - do you know how heavy he is?
What are you feeding him including treats?

At his age, Marek's is also a good possibility.

Is he alert?
Is he the only cockerel or rooster - he doesn't have another male housed with him?

Sorry about all the questions, just some thoughts rolling around in my brain...

I would see that he's eating/drinking well. I would also start him on B vitamins. His size - he looks like a big boy - I think I would give him 1/2 tablet for a couple of days, then reduce that to 1/4 tablet for a week.

He looks fine, they are locked in their coop for the moment due to crappy weather so I can’t imagine him eating anything bad.
he’s the old male with his little flock. He seems to .. push himself with his leg but can’t walk. He’s probably around 8kg, and he seems alert. But he’s like he’s resting
:/
