Cockerel or pullet??

Hello! We are raising these Sapphire Gems and were told we got all pullets. We then ordered a cockerel (white beak and yellow legs) Well anyway, today I let them out to free range a little while I supervised and the one in the back that is circled as well started trying to fly at and chest bump the other one that is circled. Is there a possibility they could both be cockerels? When we picked up the cockerel we ordered, they put it in a bin with several others and it was not marked.

I see 3 cockerels. 2 in the circle and the one far back right
