More than anything, the bright red comb indicates a cockerel.

I am not seeing the pointed saddle feathers though?

Those won't be noticeable until around ten to twelve weeks. That's also about the time you will spy a curved sickle feather coming out of his tail feathers. That's when you'll know for sure. Unless he crows first.
