Cockerel with potential infection

I'll get right to it. I have a four month old OEGB cockerel that is having some issues.
Integrated him, and his hatchmates into the main flock a few weeks ago. Other than some minor squabbling, all appeared to be fine. I noticed a little spot above his ear last week. It looked slightly swollen, but looked like only a peck. That was last Tuesday.
Yesterday, I noticed his face looked more swollen on that side, and a scab had developed. I brought him in, softened the scab, and pushed it aside. I was not able to see or remove any pus. His ear canals themselves are clear and clean. Sprayed his wound with Vetricyn, put a smear Neosporin in there, and checked the rest of him over. He has swelling above his eye near his comb on the opposite side of his face. No wound. He also has a wound on his wing. I felt a scab, pulled it off, let it bleed a bit, then sprayed that with Vetricyn, followed by Neosporin.

Got home from work today, went to check on him, and his equilibrium is off. His wing is hot, and feels infected. I don't know if I should soften the scab and remove it again.
He is eating, drinking, and pooping normally. He is back in his smaller crate to sleep.

I don't know what to treat for, and I'm fond of the little guy. Any ideas?

It's infected. I would bring him to see a vet so you can get him on the proper antibiotics and treatment - http://www.poultrydvm.com/poultry-vets.php

What's behind the scab on the head - anything?
The swelling on both sides is concerning. I agree with you, I suspect he has infection.
Hopefully Kathy will be along soon. Do you have any antibiotics on hand?
Also on the wing - I circled something - curious as to what that is?

I have Tylan 50 on hand. I can run to the feed store tomorrow after work if necessary as well. Not sure what that is. I think just a chunk of scab. I was just considering pulling him from his crate and soaking the scab off his wing.

The one on his face has me scratching my head. I pulled the scab up yesterday, and there was nothing there. It just looks like meat.

I have Tylan 50 on hand. I can run to the feed store tomorrow after work if necessary as well. Not sure what that is. I think just a chunk of scab. I was just considering pulling him from his crate and soaking the scab off his wing.

Let's see what Kathy thinks. I do agree that re-cleaning that wing may be helpful.
Some antibiotics are really hard to find right now in feed stores, there's another "pulling" of medication from the shelves. My TSC carries Fish Mox (Amoxicillin) that may be better than Tylan50 (hang on to that!!) but a lot depends on the cause of his infection.

Since he's wonky on his feet - I would suspect ear infection too. He's got some swelling around the ear and under the eye looks like. Sometimes a peck wound can get infected (we all know chicken's beaks are dirty, so it could be E. Coli - hard to know!).
Amoxicllin won't take care of the infection IF it's something like that.
