Good morning! North western division checking in! We went to my uncles 90th birthday party yesterday. It was so much fun to see some cousins and old family friends. However I grazed on junk food and drink and forgot to take my metformin last night. Had a terrible sleep and slightly elevated blood sugar this morning.

Yes thank you! It really wasn’t terribly high. I was expecting it to be worse but I think my normal healthy eating gives me wiggle room. Lol
