Our freezer is overfull. Yeah, i have a canning book and i think hubby bought a pressure cooker. I also have a neighbor that cans, i am sure she will give me pointers.In case you didn't know, beans MUST be pressure canned. It requires a pressure canner, not just a pressure cooker, like an Instant Pot.
Get a book on canning, it will have all the info you need. Ball (the company that makes canning jars) has several canning books. We talk about canning a lot in the garden thread.
Green beans are a good candidate for freezing, too. Less work, and I like the flavor/texture better.
