We just bought her ( 6 wks old) and she ran off through the fence! She was gone for 5 days, we saw her a couple times but couldn't catch her. The breeder spent no time with them I guess. Then the neighbor found her staggering about, a mile or so from here! She was full of ticks and malnourished.

That’s awful! Poor little baby! I am so glad you found her. I hope she recovers completely.

Good morning! On my second cup. Woke up to soft rain, it was so nice!

Morning Club no rain here but need to go sign an document to have the roof done they need front back of ID

Needed an afternoon cup so I brewed a pot - have at it in good spirit.

She was gone 5 days. Not sure she ever got to the river to drink. But I am sure she ate lots of leaves so that supplies some fluid. Anyway, I keep giving her the whole milk, goat milk, and cream mixture. Should help build her up.

So far so good, I am nervous waiting for her to recover. At least she can still stand.

She sleeps in a cage at night so the bigger ones are not so hard on her. She has a small pen outside.
