Luckily, my fingers are not turning, just enlarged joints. No cysts on knees for me- just bone on bone friction- I imagine that a cyst is verybpainful

It can be , this is why m raised garden beds are higher, I would plant in the spring and have swelling for 3 months. My husband has bone on bon in the knees too. I think you 2 have it rough.

Up at 5am today, made coffee, walked the yard with the dogs. Dogs fed, and now morning coffee.

Fluid in the knee joint, youch. Can you get it drained?
I feel your pain. Arthritis in my knee has been pretty bad this last couple of weeks. I hobble, cuss and try to keep going. Hopefully, when the weather clears, it will get better.

Apparently they can drain it but idk how much has to be there before they bother.

Same. It seems to taste better that way round.
Coffeemate is my lazy method though.
