That’s definitely a happy surprise! The staff were all wonderful and the Dr. was happy with his work. It’s a new hospital so everything looks nice, except for the bearded construction worker taking a break in the surgery reception waiting area without a mask! We couldn’t believe it! I wish I’d thought to take a picture. I reported it to the front desk and she said “We’ve seen that too”. WTH ???? They will send a survey and they’ll hear about it.

Thanks for the coffee! I'm going back for a second cup.

I am getting closer on finishing the addition to the run. Chicken wire going over the roof, HC on a couple triangle-shaped spots where rooflines don't match. The last big bit is building a new door. I'm using the wood from the old door to make the new one, but it'll be larger. So I have to find a way -- tarps, probably -- to block off escape while I do the building part.
