I think the thunderstorms are becoming a standard.

The birthday dinner was a success.

We had crawfish, snow crabs, steamed oysters, scallops, blue crabs, giant fish sandwich, seafood mac, and shrimp with sides of potatoes, corn on cob, sausage, boiled eggs, fries, and fried corn.

The only person missing was the oldest granddaughter who was working.

She asked several co-workers to trade shifts with her and even offered to pay them to work her shift and they all refused.

So we sent some take-out for her to enjoy.

We took very little food home with us.

It is cat tree now back in the house .. Also have 100 year old farm sink we bought for 80.00 One large sink and drain board, I put rust oleum on it today the back had surface rust so it was wire brushed first. I am so excited to put it to use
