Oh Math ace - I am not always together or positive, though I try to be. I honestly put my strength down to having great kids and a wonderful DH but also a God who thinks I have the back of a donkey!!!!!!!!

Oesdog - give yourself credit for what you do handle. You're a strong woman, that's for sure! I'll have to look for a pumpkin pie recipe for you - the only kind I've ever made is from canned pumpkin.

Math Ace - the timer is a great idea. Maybe it will make it more fun for him. Right now he puts up a fight when I tell him to go use the potty, then 5 minutes later he has peed his pants. Arrggg!

Well, the desk is moved and we nearly killed ourselves with the big hutch that goes on top of it. Now I have to call the cable people to put a cable and phone outlet in that room. The house looks like a hurricane hit it, but I'll deal with that later. Time to go clip the chickens wings. I did get a new microwave at the big yard sale for $20, so that's a plus.

Tonight we are going to candle the eggs - very exciting!

Chicks - Thanks for the compliment but I am not always strong and sometimes being a strong woman isn't always a good thing! I get myself into more bother than you can imagine!!!!
I have much too big a mouth for my own good!!!!!!! -

I am fortunate DH is a wonderful guy and doesn;t mind being married to a strong woman other guys somtimes have issues with a girl who can hold her own!!! My Dh just chucked a glass of cold water all over me cause I wrote that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Must think of something really orrible to get him back! - thankfully I have many weapons in my arsnol!!!!! - ( Oooooh he just said I had a very big arsnol!!!

) Ok drank too much better go - need a black coffee!!!!!!!!

folks I've started a posting for anitque incubator and brooders. Please have a look and offer your thougths and advice. Rewireing will ahve to be redone but I wonder if anyone has seen these units or used them?

Hey Chicks - - -check out the toilet at his school. Maybe it is a short one and he is afraid of failing in the big tall one. . . .

When my boy was small he refused to use the toilet for a while. . . He didn't seem to mind peeing in his clothing either.
SOooooo, my problem was I was tired of the extra laundy. He wanted a diaper on and I wanted him to wear underware. My solution was CRAZY, but it worked. I took off the diaper, the underware, the shorts, etc. The only thing my boy had on at home was a shirt. . . . . ALL DAY LONG. . . .

Well, he went pee outside a few times, and he went pee in the toilet before long. . . . NO CLOTHES were given back at home until he started using the toilet. If he had an accident - - no screaming, no spanking, no nothing, BUT when you go in the toliet you can have the clothes back. He figured it out quickly.

NOW this won't work if your boy likes to be naked, but mine did not !

OH and I had tile floors, so clean ups weren't that bad. If you have carpet - - - then you can not try this

Hay Chicks - Math ace is right about the naked potty training. - It worked for all my three as I waited until good weather and turned them out in the yard with their potty. They soon got the hang of using it when they got treats for producing somthing in it!!!! Otherwise if they missed it didn;t matter outside. But I did make sure our yard was safe and private and not overlooked.

Sissy - I had 3 boys and was thrilled when I had a girl to help me!!!!!! Though I am not sure which is easier to bring up. Boys are certainly cheaper I mean you just throw them a ball and well keeps them busy for years! ( Had a couple of Dogs like that too!!!!!! ) Girls are soooo much more demanding on the pocket I think.

Chicks - I wonder if your boy will fit in parcel post??? There is a queue to take him off your hands here now!!!!!! He is sooooo cute!!!! I want one!!!!!! ( NO I DON'T !!!!!!)

Sissy - Yeap the camper is here in bits in the drive!!!! I am asured it will be brillient when DH is finished. I just have to be careful Dh doesn't over do things and make himself ill. I do know there has been lots of wood cutting and plaining and all sorts going on???? He has been trawling the net looking at other vans for ideas for the lay out etc.
I am very impressed with all the effort!!!!!!!! Can;t wait to Photo but he wont let me until its finished.

Well this morning I have had loads of Coffee - Dan has been up since 2am so not much sleep at all again. Think I got about an hour or so and DH got a bit this morning .
Watched a movie last night -
Agora - based on the real life drama in the 4th century city of Alexandria, in the Roman Empire, where Greek philosopher Hypatia - was brutally murdered by a mob of zellot Christian men. - I was wondering if anyone else had seen it and what they thought? ( - see what happens to strong women in history!!!

Anyhow am away as I have to figure Dinner as we have family over - I always have a big house full on Sundays.
