Anybody out there???????????????????????????????????????????

Oh well coffee alone today then. Its been all go and I am soooo tired out. Up early for car boot sale this morning with my SIL and BIL and DH. Also took wee Dan. We were trying to see if well we could do better!!!!! With the jam making and eggs and DH making the bread. Were not allowed to sell Wine here but I think we can get away with a loop hole by "giving" a free sample and charging for the recipie/ guide to make your own???? Could work if SIL is determined? Anyhow we found a big electronic drum kit kind of thing that makes music and is like a key board. So we got it for Danny cause he loves music and will enjoy battering it to death!!! ( Not sure I am going to enjoy that though!) I got some cheep pictures which I am going to use one and dump the other and use the frame. Got um for £1.00 So really good cause the frames are worth so much more. So that was interesting. Then we went for coffee and DH brought Dan and I home. then he was off to take the kids - Go carting for our Daughters partners 21st! They had great fun and are now on their return that is why I am sitting and enjoying a coffee break!!!!

Saturday was graduation for my school. It was held at the stadium where the Rays play, so when I got there they made me DUMP OUT MY COFFEE!!! Very upseting. I ended up leaving as they were reading the names. I was just getting so sad knowing I won't be here next year. I'm so proud of my girls that made it. (And one boy).

Back to work today - it's closing paperwork and packing for me this week.

O it sounds like you had a good time and picked up a good bargain at the same time. What is the us value of a pound anyway?
Siss good to here from you sorry you lost the silkies, chicks what a waste of good coffee.Glad the ceremony was a reward anyway.
Passed a kidney stone over the weekend ,started at church on sunday and lasted until this morning don't ever want to wish that on anyone"except an enemy" or 2!

I've heard passing kidney stones is extreemly painful, Karl. Glad it's over with for you! I'm sorry to hear about your Silkies, Sissy. That must have been difficult to find them like that.

Well, I had a bout of feeling sorry for myself yesterday. I got another letter from the IRS saying I owe them an entire year's salary.

I thought I had taken care of that the first time they sent me a crazy letter. My tax office is calling them now. I'd like to know what happened to the huge income I would have had to have made to owe that kind of money. Maybe I spent it on hatching eggs and the aviary.
I was sad after talking to the teacher I work with and the girls at school, I'll really miss them.
Then the weather came on and there is a tropical storm out there that might get here right in time for my diving trip to the Keys this weekend.
Three of my original chickens have continue to be just awful to my new Wyandotte hen, and I just hate seeing her getting pecked like that.

I'm pretty sure my favorite hen, the broody leghorn, 'Sunshine' - is dying of internal laying.
June is a difficult month for me, so things that usually don't get to me tend to upset me more. Sigh.

Okay, done with the pity party. Life is great overall, and I can't wait for this week to end and summer break to start. Time to finish what I need to to get out of this place!! Have a great day, flock tenders!

Good morning chicken wranglers,
Thanks for the well wishes chicks,I've had IRS concerns befor and they don't go away easily. They will send you the same letter 3 or 4 times after you think you HAVE IT CLEARED UP SO MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS GET THE NAME OF THE PERSON YOU ARE TALKING TO.
O? are yopu out there siss? math Q/?Well if I don't here from you I'll still know God will bless you!Ps no more coffee for me since the kidney stone,YEH RIGHT!

Karl, sorry to hear about the kidney stones.... It is said that it is as close as men come to feeling the pain of child birth.
Not like I would know since I was KNOCKED out with an emergency "c" section.

CHICKS - - OMG What is going on? ?

1.) Taxes and IRS - - - that is just plain scarry.

2.) Graduation and not returning to the school - - AWFUL ! The students that I had last year are graduating TODAY and I could NOT go.
The sweet babies went out of their way to get my address and send me an INVITE, BUT Dad is not stable enough for me to take him with me
and there is NO ONE to leave him with yet.... We are working on adult day care to give me a break.

3.) CHICKENS --- NOT SUNSHINE, how horrid. What a good mommy she was.... Did you keep any babies from her?
Is the wyandotte the broody ? There are several ways to incorporate her.... How long have you been trying?

I am hanging in here BUT dad is totally FULL time plus right now. By the time I get him to bed.... I am to tired to do anything else.

Good morning chicken wranglers
Math glad your are on.
one of my pond ducks has gone broody,I will post apic if it lasts. The girls built a nest in the center of my grader blade attachment for the tractor. It is cute, but they are not good momma's, always forgetting the eggs and the coons or the possum will get them if they are not vigilant. Plus I don't really know if the drake is a real drake or just a tranny.
Well, God Bless!

Morning People,
I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying their late spring/early summer. I finally planted part of the garden last Sunday. This summer I am going to break down and build a hot bed since we can't plant early. The meaties are holding their own, 49 of them. Strawberry picking tonight, and making strawberry & strawberry/rhubarb jam tomorrow.
We had our first the other night, Camping out and was hailed upon. They were about the size of peas. It was a good thing we decided to use a lean to we came across instead of the tent.

Enjoy the day
