Morning folks,

I'm new to BYC and have enjoyed reading lots about chickens. Nice to know I'm not the only crazy chicken lady out there. Been way too cold in Colorado. 12 degrees this morning is a regular heat wave.

Good morning chicken wranglers,
We have been enjoying the cold around our place also. The cows are freezing , taking freezer beef to a whole new level. I know up staters and all the northern states and areas, consider we mid country heart landers armatures when it comes to dealing with the cold but I rather stay a novice, if you do not mind. Waking up to -5 and only rising up to 5 above makes me too familiar with cold weather for my own good.
Oes nice to see you on the thread. Hello to all the folks posting out there.
Have not seen this much activity for a while. Well gotta g do some jumping jacks to keep from solidifying,

Burrrrrr! 17° here in L"ville KY High of 23 expected. They tell me this a once in a century event. about to start a second cup and make some breakfast.
