My wonderful and I have only twenty one years together, last year I got her a special for the anniversary of our first kiss.

. She was surprised because she did not remember and I did.
3 children and twenty years after that one fateful kiss!" I'm sure it was the one that got her pregnant"! Or something like that!
Good progress on the layers, rngr, Hope the bullies taste real good . I think that is the best way to calm them. Stew pot till tender!

Karl, I wish that I could claim those attributes for myself, but in actuality those are her strong points. I have mellowed and matured, but there were times -------------------------------

A bit of a romantic for sure, but even more a realist. PTTP (prior to the Princess) I was headed on a path of self destruction - life is far better with her than without her. Happy and safe 4th of July to all.

58 degrees here this morning. I have a litter of puppies that are 10 days old today. Last week I was worried about keeping them cool enough - today I have the light and heating pad on in the whelping box.

Sourland, Looks like we are having the same weather here this morning. Great sleeping weather. That's a good one PTTP.

Looks like I am going to be putting in 2 more raised beds this fall or early spring. The 3 we have now are doing great.

Just to catch up, 33 years of de-independence. Cursed with a house full of women (1 better half, 2 daughters, and few extras). Now it's just the better half and myself. Some days, the quietness is so so ............................ The little one is coming down this weekend with the family in tow.
