Well I think I need a coffee.
Everything is still so uncertain here but will battle through. We have another meeting with the powers that B next week so hopefully things will again start to move on. Been really busy today which is good.
We now have Strewberry wine, Blackberry wine, Pear cider, Rhubarb wine and Apple wine on the go (Yeah well you all know what my house is like and I soooooo need all this alcohol!Ok I didn;t use all the fruit for booze I did make 2 jars of Blackberry jam. You really do need to eat something with all those bottles of booze!
Now I am collapsing in a heap and trying to work out how many bottles needed ! DH is doing ok today and has enjoyed a bit of fun.Though he has had to go to bed for a time as the old chest was playing up so maybe we over did things. He had to take his GTN again but he will be ok after a rest. - The fruit here has done really well this year. I still have a number of crab apple jams left from last year and it does take a year for the wine to be ready so this lot wont be getting drank anytime soon.. We have only three bottles of apple wine left from last year ooooops! The pear cider should be real nice and ready for Christmas.( I did mention that word didn;t I?)
Is anyone else doing wine or jams on here?
