Sour, what kind of trials? Our lab Vaiva got an open class first place in a cold game trial today.

One day I hope to be there.

Three days of field trialing - and all my dogs garnered is one lousy 3rd place - early mornings, hot weather, tired old man - thank all that is GOOD for coffee.

Tomorrow I intend to sleep until noon.

I couldn't sleep til noon if my life depended on it. 'Sides I have to be up to let the chickens out.

Truth is that's why I keep them. So I have to get up and once I'm out I just stay up.

DW gets up late.

Lord knows I've got more to do than gets done anyhow.

Rancher, it will be a lot closer to 6 than to 12 when I arise.

My mother always said that I must have had a transfusion of chicken blood - to bed at dusk and up at daybreak.

Natural game, rabbits, flushed out by a gallery and hounds released two at a time for the judges' evaluation.

Well that is me most days. I like the peace of the morning. I miss a lot of good TV cuz I fall asleep. The problem is when I'm ready for a nap DW is just getting up. Lord have mercy by the time she gets ready it's so late in the day I'm ready for bed.
