The chili is great My wife made the tomato stock the same day as the chili so it is very fresh, doubly tasty

She is only about 800 lbs, but she gives good milk and nice calves.

A farmer in our town has a herd of Belted Galloways - a pretty sight for sure when on pasture. I've also seen a red belted heifer in another mixed herd - most likely a crossbred?

If she is red with a white belt that is also a full blooded beltie . There are even dull whites with a white belt but I have only seen pictures on line.
