Exactly what I did - cholesterol be darned.

Not really 'cholesterol worried'. Even when mine was quite high the HDL/LDL ratio was so good that I was in the low risk category. I am now well within 'acceptable' ranges. Very likely inflammation is a far more serious situation than cholesterol levels.

cholesterol?????? really what is that? Good for your skin I think!

No, no that's lanolin .

Okay, I'm home catching up on the treasurer's books for the beagle club. The Princess is 'autumnizing' the dining room. Yep means that I am washing windows and doing the myriad of little 'helps' that she needs. On about the 100th interruption, I said to her, "You are like a thorn in my foot." Her response, "What?". I replied, "Seemed much better than calling you a pain in the arse." She looked at me, shook her head and said, "Thanks." I have to keep this one

- no other would ever tolerate me.

Just a check in.

Did you know your pastured eggs have less cholesterol than your store bought eggs? I give new customers literature about the nutrition of farm raised chicken and eggs.

Pasture raised chickens have less fat, than store bought even with the skin on.

Take care everyone.
