It was goooooooooood. I can never really get enough. The only way I really like tuna. I can remember the first time the better half had wasubie (sp). Poor kid, it wasn't pretty.

Enjoy your day.

wasabe and soy sauce is the mixture I use for all sashimi even taco poki mix the wasabi in the soy sauce and dip the fish it is delish.

I like it plain (wasabe) or on the ginger. The better half mixes her's with the soy sauce. You like the eggs? I forget what they are called. Rainbow something..... How about the seaweed salad and the soup? We keep this up, and ................

Enjoy

The wife and I go for sashimi every anniversary,I love the tuna the swordfish ,not too big on salmon but octopus is good also.
There ate 2 types of tuna ahi and aku.The ahi is my favorite. We qre so far inland that is is not like the fish you probably get ,but we still love it.

Hi everyone.

Thanks for the thoughts and everything as we have certainly been going through a bit of stress recently, What with Danny having his operation and hospital tests etc for DH.
Anyhow thought I would send you guys some buns to go with your coffee - sorry they are virtual ones!!!!
DH made them well over 50 of them for Jessicas party. She was 1yr on the 18th but her party is tomorrow. I will post the beautiful cake DH made for her but it has to get final touches tomorrow. All this and the poor fellow is so ill and yet he still managed to get it done. Thankfully we don;t have to do anything else just supply the venue Dotty and Mark are here tomorrow and Mike my eldest is comming to help out as well. So it has given DH something to take his mind off his chest pain and all the rest of it for a bit.

A late good morning - I've finished my coffee, but I'll still have one of those delicious looking cup cakes, Oesdog! Hope you enjoy the party, and that things get easier for you and yours.

All this talk of Sushi and Sashimi is also making me hungry.

We are having a birthday party later, too. Only it's for the oposite end of the life cycle - my grandmother's 90th. She's still doing fairly well, and I'm sure she'll enjoy herself. I have to pick my cousin up at the airport shortly.

I'm so disapointed. The only Appenzeller Spitzhauben that hatched and is pure (one other egg hatched but it appears to be a mutt) is a roo. And he's so pretty with his crest. I hope I can find someone to breed him for me, even if they breed him with hatchery stock and come up with a few decent ones. Maybe I'll try again in spring. Here's my pretty boy:

(my crazy Sumatra pecks his neck feathers while he just stands there and lets her. I've increased her protein and am hoping they grow back before I try and find him a new owner)
