Good morning chicken wranglers, and welcome to the newest visitors to our coffee spot!

No room for pigs here, but I do know someone now that is raising them, and I would love to get half a pig from him that I know has been fed and treated well.

Gonna enjoy some more coffee, then go work on taking apart my old coop. At least I have a friend that wants the original main part of the coop to have his own little flock. I will still have quite a bit of scrap wood and chicken wire left.

It is free museum day downtown today, so we may check that out if it's not too crowded.

Afternoon folks, Just got home, to market to market to buy a fat pig, home again, home again , jiggity jig.

Now pigs though, just had to get garlic to plant. DW got a few things too.

I wanted to slap her when she commented on wanting to egg plant lasgna. I grow it just for her, since I don't like it and it usually goes bad and would have if I hadn't just used it all up for preserves. It came out pretty good too I might add. Always and excuse for why she didn't get to use it up. I could make it but she won't eat it if I make it. Picky, picky, picky.

If your new here your free to comment on anything I say, since I'm far away and can't do anything about anyhow.

Well I gotta go plant the garlic. Take care and don't text and drive.

Now why did I know YOU would be the one to pounce on that line? You and everyone else knows it was just a figure of speech. Just so you know we just had our 35th on the 11th. You don't reach that mile stone slapping each other.

Oesdog and rancher now,now,pots and slaps are not good for the 5 love languages,lets all get along here.
I went to butcher my chickens but they were too skinny so I must fatten them up.I really cant blame little Karl since I should have kept my eye on them.How can you expect a 12 year old to take anything seriously,just because I had to when I was his age,but it was legal to spank and correct your own kids back then,now the state is in charge and they are taught at school that spanking is abuse,but I really wanted to take a" hmm,are ya "switch to his behind ,ya know chasin himaround flogging him and sayin are ya gonna do it again hmareya hmareya hmareya with every forstroke and backhand stroke. He has never gotten the treatment I really rellish in reveree.
