cold dead chicks - can I bring them back?

We had chicks that had somehow fallen thru a crack in our coop and weren't under the lamp anymore- in the winter! When we found them they were STIFF. I don't know if we saw slight chest movements or what made us hold them and warm them up but they ended up coming "back to life" and were fine! Crazy. I mean stiff too, like legs out, flat.

I found one of my ducklings in a shallow dish of water, water logged and cold. Ive got it on a hit water bottle covered and dried. Im thinking its dead... but have heard of 'miracle revivals'. Any tips suggestions or advice to see if it's dead or not. I think it may be but.....
