Color genetics book?

I think the reason there is not a book on turkey color genetics is turkeys genetics is not complicated. You can white everything on one page.

The closes thing I know of is Porter's website. It has pictures and genetic information on a number of colored turkeys. He does not raise every color possible, so there is a knowledge gap there, but he provides enough information to get most people through most of the basic questions.

Every page on Porters website is a genetics lesson for those that want to learn. He added the genetics page too. Some people do not know about his Turkeys Genetics board on Yahoo.

My favorite book is Turkey Management. http://chla.library.cornell.edu/cgi/t/text/pageviewer-idx?c=chla&cc=chla&idno=3317008&q1=Turkey+management&frm=frameset&view=image&seq=143

This is page 50-52 of Birds of a feather.
