Ryan she can call the hatchery within 4 days (usually) and report any losses and they'll credit her card or put the credit towards another order. They're pretty good about it.
I ordered 3 batches of eggs and I only ended up with one roo. I'm sure others have had better luck than me, but I won't be ordering hatching eggs again any time soon.
