Colored Deviled Eggs- does anybody else do these?

What a great idea! It strikes me that the red ones would be an easy way to make deviled egg eyeballs for a Hallowedding, since they kinda look like the veining on an eye. I will definitely be remembering this.

I love those! I did this one year except I just boiled mine and peeled them and used the reg. egg dye which is food safe. I took them to church for a dinner and people were afraid to eat them! I had to stand there and tell all they were food safe!
