Colourful and Unusual Chicken Eggs!

This threads is for posting about your chickens and the different kinds of eggs they lay.
From Leghorns to Black Copper Marans to Easter Eggers - whatever the breed, I’d love to see what others hens lay, as each egg is unique. I’ve always been interested in egg colours, and I though it would be great to share photos on a thread just for this purpose.

I have a single marans, 3 welsummer, and a bunch of barnevelder. I do keep a lot of chickens, around 90-100. I love my Oliver egger too, sometimes her eggs are a dark gray.

Barnevelders are so pretty!
Wow, that sure is a lot of chickens. We were only meant to have a really small flock, well that’s what my parents said anyway... but you know what happens. We have 14, which to some might seem like not many. I’ll be interested to see the number of chickens most people here on byc own.
I really need to change my name!

Chickens are a slippery slope. My downfall is a big shed that can fit lots of birds.

I love barnevelder, they are gorgeous and the roosters are very mellow.
