Comb Problem?

I am new at this please forgive my stupidity... i have 6 roos that are 12 weeks old... some of them have a comb that is a little droopy and not bright red...which is different than the rest... They are all acting the same and seem completely happy and healthy. Is there something i don't know? or something wrong? thanks...

Chickens do mature at different rates, even in the same breed. Are your roos all the same breed? It may be just the individual bird's maturation rate.
