I just got the Rite Farm pen. The materials are much flimsier than the Summerhawk Ranch one, I did an inventory, and I'm short two screws and two bolts, and the assembly instructions are incredibly vague. This is going to take me a while.

Okay. Official thoughts on the Rite Farm pen from Coops and More. The instructions suck donkey balls. Seriously horrible instructions. I did the best I could and now that it's put together I can see a couple pieces that should be swapped. I'm not taking it all back apart to fix them.
It isn't too bad once it's all put together, and it will work well for me. I live in an urban environment and the predators I'm likely to see are rats, raccoons, 'possums, skunks, and hawks. This thing has a roof, so a hawk won't see them, so won't try for it. A determined predator will get in, but I'm not likely to get those here. Too many things will scare them off before they get too far.
Here are the pictures I took. I couldn't see too well because the battery on my phone was on its last legs and dimmed the screen.

There are side doors on both sides. I'm short, so I climb into the pen with the birds. They're used to it and don't try to leave their pen. I also use a wire basket ladle to scoop eggs from the back of the pen.do you think you can easily reach eggs on the side with no door? I really like that cage, it looks like it will last a good long time.
