Concerned about baby duck

I have 4 baby ducks all about 1 week old and I noticed that one of the ducks feet are turned inward and sometimes it will walk with one foot atop the other. I bought duck pellets a few days ago because I wanted to ensure they were getting enough nician. Are they not getting enough nician? Or maybe they need a bigger brooder because there are 12 total birds in it. I would be open to suggestions.

you could try to add more selenium too!
