I just searched this guy on Facebook and found 4 different profiles, all seem to be the "same" guy.

I think your friend is being taken for a ride. He will likely soon be asking for money or gifts...

Edit to add- I have no doubt there really is a Dr. Ivan- I just think some creep pretending to be him is talking to your friend, either for sick kicks or financial gain.

I still say that there may be a real Dr. Ivan, and he may be a model, but that resume is well padded, at best, and total fiction at worst. His dates are messed up, he says he works places that don't have him listed, and he has himself working in several states at the same time.
