If there is one thing that I've learned as BYC has grown... the more exposure you get, the more criticism comes with it. Be prepared for some really nice notes once you're on that show, but also a ton of other comments that may not be so friendly. Unfortunately the nature of the beast of being in the spotlight.

Lots of people who make comments without having experience or knowledge about what they are talking about.

Yes, this is certainly the truth. Thanks for the good reminders, Nifty. Chickens are surprisingly misunderstood, considering that there are many more chickens on this planet than humans. I'm so glad to have BYC as a place to connect with others who see chickens as more than "that weird, gross bird that lays eggs and that most people eat."

Feeling much better this morning after some sleep and coming in to my desk to find a bunch of people calling about adopting the roosters--woohoo!
