I had a very similar experience with my hatchery too! I got a slew of bantam cochins and they rang them up as EEs 
. I have no idea how you cross the two, but I said nothing because the EEs were cheaper.
You definitely have a little SLW and an EE. I just wish my SLW was as pretty as yours. Sorcha's face looked like she'd been splatting around in a mud-puddle. Now she's just in the messy-looking mini vulture stage. I'm sure she'll end up pretty eventually.
