Although PM posts do not count in the post totals, all positive reactions count whether they are public or private. It is my understanding that her private posts exceed her public posts.

Due to the previous method of a thumbs up post only for posts that were felt to be helpful rather than the current reaction style points, there are many public posts for many members that do not have any kind of reactions assigned to them.
