I like the 10-2 idea...it really doesn't matter to me, especially if we decide soon then I can plan around it. Is this the first chickenstock? If we're doing early, I can do one of those dunkin donuts box of joes and some other muffin type stuff. how many of us?

Okay then, 10 am-2pm it is. As to how many of us there will be; when I asked for RSVP's in March I got PM's from Tulani, Terry, Don & son, Kristen +2, and Poultrykeeper08. Including my husband and myself, that brings us to 10 if everyone who responded comes.

Now is a good time to check in and see if there are any updates to our guest list, either yay or nay so we can firm up plans. The coffee joe/muffins, donut thing sounds great moodusnewchick, thanks for offering. We can always get pizzas later on, and/or bring food to share. Is this the first chickenstock? Do you mean in CT? I don't know, but it'll be the first one I've ever been to.

I'll set up a table at bottom of the driveway with nametags. I've got one other portable table we can use for food, and an E-Z up. Since this is an outdoor event, in case of rain, we should probably reschedule, or we'll huddled up together with the chickens under the E-Z up! So far, I think I've got enough chairs for everyone.

I've also got an EE roo who was supposed to be a girl up for grabs. I'll crate him up. What other chickens are coming?

Sorry to be MIA. Things have lightened up a bit around here. Can I still be a last minute add on? Previously I thought relatives might be around. Now other things have come up that may put a kink in my plans.

We are deffiently planning on going, not sure if I PMed you or not, I think I did but it was a while ago. We'll probably have chickens, chicks and eggs to bring. Do you need anything like food or beverages?

Oh good, there are more people coming. Terry, you were already on my list, so hope you can still make it. I so like your idea of first choice of chicken swap!

Adding Liz, Sophia, and Tiffany + 3, brings us to 16. Don't worry about the RSVPs, that was back in March. I was just trying to get a general idea of attendees. There's still plenty of time to respond.

We've got coffee/muffins for morning, thanks to moodusnewchick. Still need lunch type food, snacks, drinks, napkins, plates, etc. I'll get sticky nametags. Kristen, we've got one big EZ up, 10 X 20, and two 10 x10's, so that's plenty I think. We've got enough chairs here for 8 or 9, so we probably need more chairs too.

Any other ideas welcome, and thanks for the offers to help. Maybe we could swap plants too. I've got tons of aloe potted up.....Becky
