Connecticut Chicken Stock

Even my silkies won't touch deviled eggs. Thier heads spin around and around and
around...

Anyone have any good quiche recipes???

Brownies sound good.

My DW will probable make some cookies.

My 86 year old grandfather tells me there is nothing as good as a warm fresh raw
egg followed by a beer.

Can a New Yawka show up... if I bring good food???? And a roo to swap

Honestly only over the border and I know of Oxford. I can make some potato salad.

hey if you want a roo i got 7 red stars added for WARMTH!! (cause it's been a tad chilly hear this week...)

I'll take the potato salad, no questions asked....so most people are talking about bringing roos? Anyone bringing girls? I've got 2 roos of my own to unload. Seems we might have a surplus of the male variety.

PC, do you have any more of those cute little Buckeye chicks or any other females? I know you said you were bringing chickens. Couldn't hurt us to make a little list of
chicken type guests that will attend as a head's up.

Henrietta23's chickenstock list:
One 4 month old silkie rooster of mixed color (buff and ?)
three chicks hatched June 9- mixes of dominique and polish and/or ameracauna and polish. PP is taking those. They're from her eggs.
That's probably it for me since my pullets have settled down and are getting along. The neighbors haven't complained about the other roo yet. I don't think they can hear him crow in the coop so I just don't let him out in the morning till I have to.
