Hello all! Windham, CT here. I am looking to get easter eggers or (blue layer egg breeds) chicks or fertile eggs. Anyone close that will have any of these? Not in a huge rush right now. Or anyone that will want split an order of chicks?

I currently have 3 amberlinks, 2 red sexlinks, and 1 black astralorp that are from spring 2009 that I'll be needing to find new homes for this fall if anyone is interested in them. I am new to chickens relatively since these are my first chickens and my understanding is that they are good layers for two years is that right? Thanks! Shelly

Shelly I saw and ad on craigslist for someone in Durham selling blue egg layers. When you get a chance go check it out. They are 4-8 weeks old and someone has already done all the hard chicky heating part

Hey, Chicken Boy Sam.. it was very nice to meet you and your Dad at the Fair. I thought you looked very professional showing your Polish. I didn't get to talk to Peggy at the fair but will call the office this week to talk to her. I did talk to some other parents, although none were from the Quaker Farms Club.
