Sorry I haven't had a chance to reply to a lot of the posts on here... even though I'd like to.
Hawkeye- Bummer about the rosecomb eggs. I wonder what the problem is. I know Rosie has had good fertility with those and hatched quite a few before she filled her incubator with the U of A eggs. It sure makes me wonder. Have you been able to hatch any eggs yet? How about getting some fertile eggs from a neighbor to hatch, even if they are just mutts to at least test things out. You can always give the chicks away or something if they are not the kind you want to keep. Leave those eggs in there a while longer just in case.

These are all diff eggs... Every one of them has a clear air sac at the top, as well. They must have all settled, because today I only noticed ONE egg that had a loose air cell.
