    What kind of breed is this hen ? I have similar and I have 3 chicks with same feather color pattern as yours and I was wondering where they came from :D

  8. Frieda (the hen) is a mix--she does have some game hen in her, so that's probably where her broodiness comes from (she's a fierce one, and the reason our boxer will not go near chicks--even day-olds :gig ). The chicks are feedstore EEs.
