Are your referring to the movie "Finding Nemo"? I named one of my polish hens Dory, after the hippo tang that was always chasing the bubbles

I personally liked Fluffinator, but it kind-of doesn't work for him anymore... Hmmm, he really does need a regal name now!

Mutts are always cute - no matter what species!

Dear Mr Chickenbuddy0,
He is a magical chicken with special feathers. We here all like him.
The name Squishy just appeared in my head.

Actually, mr chickenbuddy, if you will just go back a page or so you can see he has white fluffy translucent feathers that are really cool. You normally don't get that just crossing a cochin with a brahma.

I like mutts, and I like crossing chickens and seeing what happens. This is pretty neat.

Actually chickenbuddy0 you are wrong.

He may not be anything special, just a mutt.

But he is in NO WAY a Brahma/Cochin mix. I have one cochin on my entire farm. And it's a 4 month old pullet. AND it's a Partridge color. When this guy was began to be incubated, the only Cochin on my ranch would of been 4 weeks old.

He IS 100% positively a Brahma hen mixed with my White Polish Rooster.

I've hatched several Polish mixes, and they always turn out white. And don't look very polishy. But this is my first mixed with a Brahma.

Thank you Sock Puppet, and luvarabhorses for standing up for my little guy.

I do wish people would not try to make me look like I am lieing. It rather makes me feel crummy for showing off something I thought was cool.

Your chicken is very beautiful and you have every right to be proud of him. Thank you so much for sharing your photos and story with us.

Thanks wanda.

I just don't want to post my discovers if people are going to try and put down what they think is impossible just because he isn't your average mutt.

And for an extra note. I have more eggs in the incubator. Today is day 7. I am dreading candleing them cause I'm scared on what I will find. lol

Hopefully in two more weeks he will have more fluffy butts to fit in with.

And I also purchased some great silkie chicks from a nice breeder in Florida. They arrive on thursday, and i can't wait to breed them together in a few months. Then we will see what we can get!

Fluffernutter?
I had a soft rabbit named that..Lol...
Sir Fluffernutter...king of fluffyness.
There! lol. He's cool, I like 'em. I only have 3 brahmas, but I like them a lot. Very pretty birds!!
