Coop Is Tight!

I'd miss the snow. Snowed Saturday, snowed Sunday, snowing now - wait, maybe I wouldn't!

The Famers Almanac calls for record low temperatures in this region, and less than normal snowfall. So, who knows?

This little buggar of a storm was particularly nasty. We got 12" and that was okay, "manageable." But the frigid air that came in behind it is bitter. I did my snoeshoe walk yesterday in a balmy -20 real temperature with -40 wind chill. YIKES! My husband thinks I'm crazy. I love the snow, but I'm not that crazy about -40 below!

I'm getting ready to head out now in a heat wave-----it's +5 degrees!

I have not snowshoed, but I do like cross country skis! and yes I know the frigid temps are not fun, but it IS great to get out in the woods & out in the middle of nature, isn't it??!!!!
