Nice set up. Looks like you live in town. Where do you live? What do your neighbors think? Have you had any issues with city ordinances or ornery neighbors? I imagine you have no roosters?

It does look like we live in town, but actually we do live in a rural town still. We do live in an established neighborhood, but we are in a rural area. Our ordinance allows us to have 3 or 4. There are quite a few peeps that raise girls in our rural town and no one minds. My immediate neighbors don't mind, they say having them around makes them think of living
out on the farm or growing up with them. We share eggs once in a while for those who would like some. We live in Washington State. There are coops sprouting up all over these days.
I do keep my coop area very clean as I don't want my neighbors to complain about any smells, and my girls thank me for it. We have 3 Yorkies, so I do need to keep the area clean for them too.

Our chicken coop is called "The Pollo House" because pollo is chicken in Spanish. but man we need a sign!!!!!
