Corid dosage for the 20% soluble coccistat powder to 1 gallon water?

I'm wanting to put my Welsummer back in the run, she was ready yesterday but I had to go to work. I wanted to make sure she was eating good after not feeling well. Do I need to integrate slowly or just keep a close eye? All my chicks are the same age.

There is no for sure answer. It all depends on the birds. You won't know until you try it.
Do it when you have time to sit and watch for a while to make sure no one gets beat up.

They did good accepting her back. I had to work Wednesday night so I brought her back in the house. I've noticed she gets tired after all the excitement. I let the girls out to range for about 4 hours last night for their first time, and the little welsummer would come to my lap and take mini naps before going to scratch around the yard some more. So I brought her in the house again last night not wanting her to get picked on. I'm thinking she needs some vitamins after they have completed the corid.

She also seems a little smaller than the others not by alot but enough to notice.

This is one the times she came up to take a mini and my polish decided she was going to jump up as well. 20180628_190440.jpeg

Good Job!

Does anyone have any recommendations on re-homing the extras? They will be 10 weeks old this Wednesday. I held off when my welsummer showed signs of sickness so I could do the corid treatment with all of them just in case, and I figured I will give them all probiotic and vitamin water as well once they are done with the corid.

The biggest question I have is if there anything else I will need to watch for before finding a home for the extra girls? Like should I give them a week or two after the corid?

We're limited on the ammount of chickens we can keep permanently because we are within the city limits. We were allowed more temporarily while raising chicks for a new flock (I spoke with animal control before ordering my chicks)

Thanks in advance, and thank you again for all your help.

They should be fine to re-home right after the Corid treatment.
