As I waited in line at the bank today, the young man in front of me, discovering I lived in the country, warned me about "corn squid".
He was (unfortunately) serious. Claimed it was all over Facebook and people were being taken to the hospital.
Of course I was doubtful, so google is my friend.

I found the site, which clearly states it is satirical. It also has links that may not be family friendly.
Of course they do not exist. Just kind of worried people buy in to everything they read. And I live in a rural agricultural community!
