I found a delicious combination that includes corn beef hash!
Ingredients:
1 can Corned Beef Hash
2-3 Eggs
1 cup Peach Pineapple Salsa(Or any kind of salsa/amount to liking)
Cheese to liking, optional, any kind
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Directions:
Put all of the ingredients on a heated, greased skillet and make sure to move the food around frequently to prevent burning, sticking, and to promote even cooking. Cook until the egg isn't runny and looks scrambled. Serve warm and enjoy!
It looks disgusting, most definitely, but it tastes AMAZING. The more pepper the better.
