Thank you. I was on their site from the first link a page or two ago, but could not find it.
Now, with your link, it's coming up.

Great! I was able to watch the video before it was "viewed too many times". It showed 3 pleats on either side and was sewn all the way around she said it offered the best protection that way.

Do you remember what the standard was, CluckNDoodle?

I also have a huge stash of fabric. I'm sure I can work out a design -- it's incredibly simple -- but would it need to be 2 layers of fabric? Would some batting trap additional virus? Or would it make breathing through the layers more difficult?

Here is another PDF on how to sew them and it does say cotton flannel backing and the one on the hospital website says tightly woven cotton but yes, it's two layers.

I’m hoping that through this our nation learns protocols that will keep most everyone working and safe.

I love how my vet today handled this- exchange of the animal from outside in the parking lot, pay online, telephone conference. I also live how Tractor Supply and grocery stores are handling this- purchase online and pick up later without any intersections with others or less chance of interactions to lessen the chance of contagion.

You know we are so fortunate this happened when we have internet and technology. Not only can we make purchases online but we also have entertainment for quarantine. We also can chat with lover ones, work and school, have appointments with doctors via internet... it makes all of this so much more do-able.

Its SO important we all hunker down (if one can) for at the very least two weeks to stop the spread. It will probably be necessary to do this longer, but doing this gives the hospitals better chance of not being overwhelmed and also buys time for the scientists to learn more about this new strain so as to develop strategies, vacinnes, treatments.
