Its more of a conspiracy thing. Hes one of those people that believes we never landed on the moon and such. I'll spare this thread of what he thinks of the goings on in the past two years. Some of it I'm inclined to believe and some of it not. In the beginning he insisted that the virus didnt existSounds like a Macho thing.
Tell him, "I beat Covid" is much cooler than "I beat a stomach bug.
"
I understand the feeling. Its more of a conspiracy thing. Hes one of those people that believes we never landed on the moon and such. I'll spare this thread of what he thinks of the goings on in the past two years. Some of it I'm inclined to believe and some of it not. In the beginning he insisted that the virus didnt exist
Covid hasnt affected the economy. Policy has. I can see that. Covid is killing people though. I can see that too. I can also see the people it hasnt killed. I try to follow the science and not the nonsense. Thats why some of my hubbys "theories" I believe. And some of them I do not.Be careful out there. The invisible monster is going to town. Even our Salt Lake City County now has a mask mandate. That's a strict one for Utah period. And for them manipulating this virus... can't see it. It's affecting our economy. It's killing people. EVERYONE wants it gone. Over!
Thanks. Hes good about keeping his distance when hes sick. Hes got every cover in the house on him right now trying to sweat it out. Hes in and out of consciousness. This is pretty typical for him when he's ill though. I asked him if he wanted me to run him a bath and he declined. We're on opposite sides of the couch and I'm letting him control the TV because I'm not touching that remote unless its lysoled. Luckily I have video games from christmas so I have something to do. He took colladial silver and vitamins and Im pumping water. Got the humidifier going and just praying now. We're both in our thirtys and other than anxiety and my hbp we're pretty healthy
Covid does not kill people, the complications from covid do. If covid killed people everyone who got it would be deadCovid hasnt affected the economy. Policy has. I can see that. This is true and my boss' grandparent can attest to this as he got pneumonia as a result from covid. I appreciate the minor correction in my logic. We can also attest the deaths to an unfamiliarity with the virus by the doctors who are medicating it. Those deaths can also be attributed to policies put in place that are not allowing for alternative treatments. Its compounding of facts not the one fact alone. You take the known variable that is covid and add in everything else and then you begin to see what is really happening. As it would happen the wool is still being dangled in front of a lot of faces either on purpose or by choice. My sister just called me today just to yell at me for not being jabbed. When I told her my reasons for hesitancy she said "oh well I didnt know about that...BUT COVID HAS STILL KILLED MORE". I love my dear sister...but you could easily lead her into the barn for the night so the wolves dont eat her. I have my reasons and they are good enough for me. I trust that God will protect me and that is my belief. Whatever is best for everyone else is beyond my control.Covid does not kill people, the complications from covid do. If covid killed people everyone who got it would be dead
The PCR tests pick up viral RNA, which may remain in the body weeks after a person has recovered from Covid and is no longer contagious. The at-home antigen tests basically show whether you are safe to go back out in public because your viral load is low enough not to be contagious. So the at-home test is NOT less accurate than the PCR, it's just testing for something different. The PCR is generally more accurate yes. The at home tests check for the antigen and are very easy to use.
