Their response was..... It is not our departments job to handle this. Please contact your local fire deptmartment. Local fire department I will go see about it. 2nd time I asked ... We will give them a little more time..... Manager at store said last time they had aisles blocked "well the fire department saays it isn't a code violation. Me " WHAT THE F....." Me at city hall.... Tell the fire chief to contact me. I was just told .... They said he works across the street from DG if you want to stop in and talk with the Fire Chief go there. OMG!
Holy chit

It is entirely their job

Got my Covid test today.
Glad they finally arrived
I spoke to the Advocates office today about filling out the papers on Dollar General. They said they would send me a draft of it next week. I also found out there has been a law suit that case was won and there is a telephone number that people can call about thier DG if they have the same issues. They are breaking the judges order each time they block the ailse. I may get this settled.
Praying it gets settled soon

Some of these articles you are citing date from before or shortly after early March, 2020, when the pandemic was just beginning. At that time, the science concerning masks really was not there yet, but as time went on we learned, we evolved, and masks did become important in the toolbox of prevention. We were told that masks were important, not so much to protect the wearer, as to prevent the spread of disease - similar to the reson for handwashing, I believe although handwashing did protect the individual.

Didnt work during the plague:

We've learned nothing from history so we're doomed to repeat it.

I made a 40 minute round trip for nothing. I'm gonna camp outside that damn store on friday before they open. This is some bull....
They didn't hold one for you? Next time pay for it with a CC while on the phone so they hold one.

Maybe because:
"Bubonic plague is an infection spread mostly to humans by infected fleas that travel on rodents."

And that infection is bacterial. I'm sure washing hands would be very important, masks not so much. Lots more people had problems with fleas in the house in the 1300s as well.

And the plague stopped because:
"The most popular theory of how the plague ended is through the implementation of quarantines. The uninfected would typically remain in their homes and only leave when it was necessary, while those who could afford to do so would leave the more densely populated areas and live in greater isolation."

Sounds pretty similar to this pandemic.

It was a quick search, sorry. Plenty of research shows poor correlation between mask mandates and infection. I think the people who feel they are at risk need to use N-95's and remain isolated IF they wish to.

Good points but it was easier when most people never traveled 20 miles in their lifetime.
